Bill and Terry Argo opened the first Symposium Cafe in London, Ontario in 1996 as a dessert destination. Customers wanted more, so the menu grew to breakfast-through-late-night under the same Renaissance frescoes. The North Whitby location is a single-storey building. Inside it has an upscale-casual feel. Maybe more for grown-ups, but the Sunday kids deal makes it an easy family stop.
