Crabby Joe's opened in Ingersoll, Ontario in 1996, fronted by a perpetually scowling crab with crossed arms. The joke is the contrast: surly branding, genuinely welcoming hospitality. The City Commercial Core location has free parking in the lot, and buses on routes 1 and 3 stop right outside. Inside it's a proper sports bar with TVs for the game and a full bar. There are booths, there's a patio, and it takes reservations. The washroom is wheelchair accessible. On Sunday, kids twelve and under eat free with an adult entrée. The menu runs on wings, plus ribs, tenders, fries, and burgers. Service is quick and friendly. It's a wings-and-beer room at heart, so go in expecting a sports bar, not a quiet dinner.
