Crabby Joe's opened in Ingersoll, Ontario in 1996, fronted by a perpetually scowling crab with crossed arms. The joke is the contrast: surly branding, genuinely welcoming hospitality. The Woodstock location is a two-storey storefront, steps from Woodstock Art Gallery. There's free parking in the lot. There's a patio, it takes reservations, and the washroom is wheelchair accessible. On Sunday, kids twelve and under eat free with an adult entrée.
