Buffet des Continents opened in 1995 in Charlesbourg, near Quebec City, and grew into Quebec's grand international buffet: over 150 dishes in dining rooms with tropical forests, suspension bridges, and an Eiffel Tower. The Mascouche location is a single-storey building. There's free parking in the lot, and buses on routes 1 and 14 stop right outside. Inside it has a themed feel. Strollers fit easily, it takes reservations, and the washroom is wheelchair accessible. Kids twelve and under eat free every day with an adult entrée. It's a family crowd.
