Buffet des Continents opened in 1995 in Charlesbourg, near Quebec City, and grew into Quebec's grand international buffet: over 150 dishes in dining rooms with tropical forests, suspension bridges, and an Eiffel Tower. The Brossard South location sits in the Place Portobello plaza, with free parking in the lot. Inside it has a themed feel. Strollers fit easily, it takes reservations, and the washroom is wheelchair accessible. Kids twelve and under eat free every day with an adult entrée. The menu runs on pizza, plus salads.
