Boston Pizza opened in Edmonton in 1964, named by founder Gus Agioritis for a city he dreamed of visiting. It grew into Canada's largest casual dining chain, with a family dining room on one side and a sports bar on the other. The Osoyoos location is a three-story modern plaza building with orange-red stucco upper levels, tan stone veneer base, large windows, and prominent red Boston Pizza signage. There's free parking in the lot. Inside it has an upscale-casual feel. There's a patio, strollers fit easily, and it takes reservations. The washroom is wheelchair accessible. Kids ten and under eat free every day. The menu runs on pizza, plus burgers, pasta, sandwiches, and salads. Service is quick and friendly. It's an easy room for families.
