Tandoori Flame is Brampton's big-occasion Indian buffet. A sprawling room on Dixie Road with more than 150 dishes across eleven live stations, from butter chicken and smoky tandoori meats to biryani and naan straight from the oven. The DIY chaat station lets you build your own, breaking the rules if necessary, and the dessert spread goes past the usual gulab jamun into petha and a full run of Western sweets. Vegetarian options are everywhere. The Kids Corner is not an afterthought and the fries are really good. The buffet format means small eaters can try a spoonful of everything without anyone fighting over one plate. On Wednesday, kids eat free. Mind the buffet clock: lunch runs to mid-afternoon, then the room closes to reset before dinner service.
