Ricky's All Day Grill is where Western Canada has breakfast. It started as a Vancouver pancake house in 1962 and grew into a six-province all-day grill built on the same buttermilk pancake recipe. The McMillan location is a single-storey building, steps from Highway of Heroes. There's free parking in the lot, and buses on routes 7 and 7A stop right outside. Inside it has a family-casual feel. There are booths, strollers fit easily, and it takes reservations. The washroom is wheelchair accessible. On Tuesday, kids ten and under eat free with an adult entrée. Service is quick and friendly.
