Mongo's Grill was created by five restaurateurs with a combined 150 years in dining, bringing the Mongolian barbecue concept to Canadian families. You build the bowl; the grillers cook it in front of you on a giant circular grill. The Regent location is a single-storey building, steps from Regent Ave. There's free parking in the lot, and the route 440 bus stops right outside. Inside it has a modern-minimalist feel. Strollers fit easily, it takes reservations, and the washroom is wheelchair accessible. On Tuesday, kids ten and under eat free with an adult entrée. It's a family crowd.
