Three brothers, Paul, Peter, and Perry Jeffery, founded Kelseys in Oakville in 1978, backed by their parents' life savings and inspired by road trips to American roadhouses. The name came from their favourite Chicago restaurant on Kelseys Road. Inside it's a proper sports bar with TVs for the game. On Tuesday, kids twelve and under eat free with an adult entrée.
