Mystic Ramen opened in 2019 with a mission of inclusive dining: authentic Japanese ramen bowls built on rich broths and fresh toppings, with everything made in-house and the key ingredients sourced locally. The broth list splits between chicken and plant-based, so vegetarians get the full bowl, not a workaround.
